Private & Semi-Private Training
Too often we have seen patients, friends, and family struggle to find a workout routine that allows them to consistently work toward their ultimate goal; to live a better life doing the things they love. Some fitness routines are not catered towards the most important aspect of fitness, function. This was something that we felt could help improve the lives of so many in Greenville SC, so we began offering Private and Semi-Private Training to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

The Workouts
55-minute workouts that encompass mobility, strength, and cardio.
Mobility and corrective exercises will be built into the routine, so you won't have to arrive early to work on it.
Movements will mimic functions of life and will primarily utilize free weights (ie. squatting, bending, lunging, etc.)
We will limit classes to a maximum of 4 clients, so you will get individualized attention to correct form, technique, and progress or regress exercises accordingly.
Access to recovery tools such as Normatec Recovery Sleeves and Hyperice Products (Hypervolt, Vibrating Foam Rollers, Etc.)
You will perform a Movement Screen prior to entering the program to address any potential issues and measure progress throughout the program.
